What kind of graphic design services do you provide?
I do advertisements, magazine layouts, newspaper layouts, logos, web sites, photo restoration, photography, graphic design, layout, basic illustration, post cards, stationary, business cards and more. Even if I what you are looking for isn’t listed here, feel free to contact me and just ask! I will almost certainly be able to accommodate your needs, or at least point you in the right direction.
What do you charge for your design services?
While each project will vary, I try to keep my price low enough to provide my clients with whatever it is that they may need without breaking their budget. Please contact me at morganakens@charter.net or call for a free quote.
What types of payments do you accept?
Cash or check. In some cases I may ask for half of the payment up front, and half at the point of completion.
How will I receive my project once it is complete?
Quite often the files that I create for you will be small enough to send to you in an email. If not, I will be more than happy to mail it to you on CD for no extra charge.
Who owns the copyright for works created for me?
Upon completion, and after I receive my payment in full for the product, you own all of the copyrights. The only thing that I ask you not do is try to resell or present my designs as your own.
How long will it take for me to receive my project?
Please allow 3 days-5 business days for most reasonably sized projects, but you must call for a more accurate quote. At times I may be backed up with projects and it may take me a bit longer to assist you. The earlier you call the better.
I need my project now!
No worries! I am willing to put a stop on another customer’s job in order to accommodate you in a more timely manner, however, please do understand that I reserve the right to add an additional 50%-100% on top of the normal price.

What kind of software do you use?
I use the Adobe Creative Suite and sometimes a bit of Publisher to accommodate my clients. If your Web site requires the use of my affililate programmer, Visual Studio among a variety of other Web development tools may be used.
Will you work with anybody?
I reserve the right to decline a project or a customer if I feel as if they may be dealing in unlawful practices or practices which I may find to be offensive.
